After submitting your request to switch, it may take up to 48 working hours (Monday - Sunday, 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M.) for your switch to be successful. However, it may take longer if you submitted your request on a public holiday or the day before it.
For those who have submitted their port-in request online, the port-in process will begin after you have successfully received your new SIM. SIM delivery will take a minimum of 3 days for Peninsular Malaysia and minimum 4 days for Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan.
Rest assured, there will be no disruption to your current service until the port-in process is successful. You will only lose connection with your current service provider upon successful port-in, after which you can insert your new SIM and continue connecting with family and friends.
However, we advise to avoid submitting a request to switch close to, or during, your travel overseas as there might be disruptions to your roaming services.
You can switch up to 6 supplementary/share lines on Postpaid by following these simple steps:
Online: After selecting your primary plan and entering your ID number and mobile number, you can add supplementary lines to be switched.
In-store: Inform our agents that you would like to port in your supplementary lines along with your primary line during registration.
