Scan your SIM card’s barcode or manually enter its serial number

Step 3

Scan your Identity Document (MyKad, MyTentera, MyPR, or MyKAS)

Step 4

Snap a selfie

Step 5

Choose your plan and number

Step 6

Upon successful registration, insert your SIM card to complete the activation process. You’re all set!

Prepaid Numbered SIM (With Mobile Number)

Step 1

Download and launch the latest version of MyDigi app. Tap on 'Activate SIM'

Scan your SIM card’s barcode or enter its serial number manually

Enter the mobile number found on the back of SIM pack

Step 4

Scan your identity Document (MyKad, Passport, MyTentera, MyPR or MyKAS)

Step 5

Snap a selfie

Step 6

Upon successful registration, insert your SIM card to complete the activation process. You’re all set!
