Log in to your Celcom Life Application, navigate to the Rewards page.
Click 'Redeem' to get the reward of your choice.
Read the Details and Product Description, tick the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy box then click 'Redeem'.
Once your redemption is successful, you may click 'Go to My Rewards' (or visit the My Rewards page for all the purchased rewards).
Log in to your Celcom Life Application, navigate to the Rewards page.
Select 'My Rewards'. View all purchased rewards under the Active Rewards tab. Select 'Use Now' to view the Reward Detail. Tick the T&Cs and Privacy Policy box then click 'Use Now'.
Tick the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy box then click 'Use Now'.
Ensure you click on 'Where to Redeem' to check the participating outlets before redeeming. At the outlet, select 'Tap for Code' to utilize the reward.
Scan the barcode at merchant’s counter to redeem your reward.
Login to your Celcom Life Application, navigate to the Rewards page.
Select My Rewards. View all your purchased rewards under the Active Rewards tab. Select Use Now to view the Reward Detail.
Tick the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy box then click Use Now.
Click Tap for Code when you are ready to use the reward.
Click Yes, Show the Code.
Copy the code and redeem it on merchant’s website.
Log in to your MyDigi App, navigate to the SHOP page.
Select 'Rewards'.
Tap on 'All Rewards' under the tab above to view all available offers.
Select 'Get' or 'Buy' to get the reward of your choice (charges may apply). You can find your purchased rewards in MyRewards.
Log in to your MyDigi App, navigate to the SHOP page.
Select 'MyRewards' at the tab above.
You will be presented with a list of all your rewards. Tap 'View'.
Select 'View Voucher'.
Select 'Redeem Now' to proceed with your redemption at the physical store.

Copy the code to redeem at the respective online store.
Go to your MyDigi App, tap 'Settings' and select 'My Subscriptions'.
Select 'Digital Subscription'.
You will be presented with a list of products that you have subscribed to. Select the respective product to get more details and start managing your subscription.
To terminate/cancel your subscriptions, tap 'Cancel Subscription'.
Select 'Confirm' to proceed or 'Cancel' to go back to the previous screen.
You will receive the confirmation page to confirm the cancellation and you are good to go.
